Reports to: Lead Concierge

Qualifications:

• at least 2 years’ customer service experience with an emphasis in reservations and retail sales
• knowledge of spa treatments an asset
• must be flexible and available weekends

• has exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• has a passion for dealing with Guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service
• handles challenges with poise, grace, and sound judgment
• will work well in a team committed to honesty, integrity and professionalism

Ability to:

• handle Guest reservations with discretion, professionalism and accuracy
• handle computer reservation systems and cash reconciliation
• implement sales techniques in a professional manner
• prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Registered Massage Therapist

• Completion and certification of recognized massage therapy program
• At least 2 years of experience practicing massage therapy treatments
• Registration as RMT in British Columbia
