Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ customer service experience – reservations experience a plus
• Retail sales experience preferred

• has a passion for dealing with guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service
• handles challenges with poise, grace, and sound judgment
• will work well in a team committed to honesty, integrity and professionalism

Ability to:

• handle guest reservations with discretion, professionalism, and accuracy
• handle computer reservation systems and cash reconciliation
• implement sales techniques in a professional manner
• prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Registered Massage Therapist

• Completion and certification of recognized massage therapy program
• At least 2 years of experience practicing massage therapy treatments
• Registration as RMT in British Columbia
